This common negative 300 watt boost converter, 10A is useful for voltage conversion to operate 24 volt electronics off 12V vehicles, golf carts, fork lifts and telecom busses, best for radios, stereos, DVDs, CB radios, transmitters. This DC to DC converter closely regulates the output voltage over a range of input voltages 12V-16V.

"Common negative" means that the input and output grounds are connected, useful in most applications where there is a negative ground, such as cars, boats and yachts.
