Custom design and manufacture of state-of-the-art batteries, battery chargers, UPS, and power supplies for OEMs in a hurry! This is a lead acid battery that we are proud of. The customer was a national laboratory that needed to run equipment that takes a low current for a long, long time, and do it while on the road. Shown is one of two pallets which can be stacked or side-by side, connected with an umbilical. Thus the pack shown in the pictures is only 1400 AH, 12 volts.  This is the empty frame. In the background is 11,000 foot Mt. Timpanogos to add some scale.  The frame can be entered from all 4 sides with a fork lift, and two sides with a pallet jack.  ¼ inch plexiglass covers the top to shield from dropped wrenches. The fuse box alows connections to be made and the batteries to be individually fused. A metal cover covers the fuse box. |
