This hard to find 400HZ input 12 volt AC/DC medical grade switching power supply adapter is useful for any application requiring UL/TUV 60601-1 approved 12 volts at 2 amps continuous.

Note on 400Hz operation: we have tested this power supply and found that the efficiency does not decrease at 400Hz operation, the power factor and crest factor of the incoming AC change only slightly, and the temperature rise at full power is the same as 60Hz operation.
